During the initial interview you tell us what you would like your domain name to be and we will secure it for you. If it’s not available, then we will provide you a selection of close matches for you to choose from. There will be an additional charge for that.

AIS is representing that it will take 8 weeks but we have had sites completed and launched in 9 days. The time it takes is mainly in your hands. If you are quick to respond and enter the information you want on the site then it may be completed in less than two weeks.

The templates are just basic layout designs. You can change the colors, photo, etc to personalize this to what you like. The button or links tabs to other pages are your choice. There are about 25 different options that are standard to choose from or you can create your own. The website will be hosted on servers located in a major data center in Phoenix, AZ. This is a specialized computer and communications housing facility that is secured and connected to the outside world with major data communications lines. Bandwidth to reach your site should never be an issue. Speed of operation of the site will be as fast as any out there today. I have contracted with the hosting center for multiple sites and the main product database thus receiving bulk rates. This is how we lower the cost in order to save money for everyone involved.

It would remain as it is today. There would be nothing added before or after the name. This includes the email addresses as well.

The customer will have the ability to print a receipt of the transaction from your website. In addition, he will receive an email confirmation. If there is a need to call the customer for any reason AIS will do this on your behalf as the Order Fulfillment Center for your company. All confirmations, receipts, packing list and invoices will be in your companies name, not AIS.

There is a very comprehensive and detailed RMA policy on each website. All of the process is handled by AIS.

All warranty related items are handled directly with the manufacturer. AIS and your company are only the sales arm and all warranty issues will be directed to the manufacturer.

Direct your customer to the Request for Maintenance, Request for Quote or Contact Us section of your website and have them fill out the form with their specific questions - that way you will have record of the inquiry. Once you receive the email generated from your website, forward to AIS for assistance if you need to.

We have built in several ways for you to determine the activity level that your website presence is having on the internet. First, your contact information is listed on your website so that if your customer needs to contact you, they know how. Secondly, the Request for Maintenance / Quote form, Contact Us form, and Product Purchase Check-Out Form, is all email based. Anytime your customer completes these forms and clicks submit, you are instantly notified via email. Finally, you can use your website activity tracking software (provided to you with your website) to see all the hits, visits, pages viewed, links into your website, etc. that website administrators like to see when managing a website.

Yes, you are given 50 “anywhere” email accounts with your new website to use at your discretion. You can access your email via the internet and your email is protected via a username / password authentication. The anywhere email accounts are POP3 / SMTP compatible (they can be used with your existing email client; i.e., Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.). You are not required to use these; however, they are included at no additional charge with your new website.
